Admission for UG programmes at SGTB Khalsa College is currently available for 2022. Candidates who took the CUET UG entrance exam can register online on the CSAS portal by going to the official website. Also starting now is CSAS Phase 2. Candidates who have finished Phase 1 registration may now complete online forms specifying their preferences for programmes and colleges. Phase 1 registration and preference filling must be finished by October 10 to avoid penalties. It's anticipated that between October 10 and 12, the first cutoff/merit list will be made public.

A part of Delhi University is Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College (SGTB). It is ranked 30th by the NIRF ranking and has received an "A" rating from the NAAC. It ranks the oldest Commerce, Arts, and Science colleges in Delhi. DSGMC (Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee) established and now oversees SGTB Khalsa. The college provides undergraduate, graduate, diploma, and certificate programmes in the humanities, sciences, languages, and business departments.

SGTB Khalsa placement cell IGNITE does mock interviews and holds discussions in groups to get students ready for internship and employment prospects. Additionally, the placement unit arranges recruitment drives and invites prestigious organisations, namely,  Bain and Company, TCS, Wirpo, TresVista, KPMG Global Services, etc. The average compensation package provided during the placement drive is Rs 5.38 LPA, while the maximum salary package is Rs 15 LPA.

SGTB Khalsa scholarship programme is available for students who excel academically but need financial support. Each year, 200 students are chosen to receive the merit-based means-based scholarships. Among the scholarships provided by the college are the Sultan Chand Memorial Scholarship, which provides a student with a sum of Rs 5000, the S. Gian Sing Memorial Scholarship, which provides a student with an additional Rs 5000, the Sdn. Kauran Roop Rai Memorial Scholarship, which provides a student with an additional Rs 6000, and others.

Scholarships and awards are provided by Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College to motivate students to pursue further education. Only candidates with strong academic records and limited financial resources are eligible for the scholarship opportunities. Each year, 200 students are chosen to receive merit-based, means-based, and means-based scholarships.

• The Sultan Chand Memorial Scholarship, worth Rs 5000, is given to the B.Com (H) college top student. 
• The Dr. Satinder Kaur Memorial Award, which has a cash award of Rs 5000, is given to the best all-arounder (Girl) in zoology. 
• The cost of the Principal G.S. Randhawa Memorial Scholarship, which is awarded to the academic year's top college student, is Rs 11,000 (about).
• Sdn. Kauran Roop Rai Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to the top female physics student and carries Rs 6000 incentive. 
• The S. Gian Singh Memorial Scholarship, worth Rs 5000, is given to the college student with the greatest mathematics GPA.
